Our process
How we work
Groundworks & Foundations
Excavation, concrete footings, drainage, and all below-ground infrastructure required for a solid, lasting structure.
Superstructure
Blockwork, brickwork, steel frame, or timber frame — we build the shell to your architect's specification, on programme.
Roof & Envelope
Roof structure, tiles or flat roof system, windows, external doors, and weatherproofing to make the building wind and watertight.
First Fix MEP
Electrical, plumbing, and heating rough-ins coordinated across all trades before boarding and plastering.
Internal Fit-Out
Plastering, flooring, joinery, kitchen and bathroom installation, second-fix MEP, decoration, and full snagging to handover standard.
