We coordinate with your architect and the local authority to progress your planning application efficiently.
Foundations & Groundworks
Strip foundations, insulated slabs, and below-ground drainage to suit your specific soil conditions.
Structural Frame & Roof
Blockwork, steel lintels, and roof structure built to complement the existing building. Loft steel beams and dormers handled in-house.
Weatherproofing & Insulation
Roofing, glazing, and external finishes that make the new space watertight and thermally efficient to Part L.
Internal Fit-Out
Open-plan kitchens, bi-fold doors, underfloor heating, and all finishing trades to complete the space beautifully.
